Chernobyl Vigil @ Sizewell

Evacuation Zones around SizewellThere will be a candle lit vigil outside the gates of the power plants from 8pm on the 26th until 8am on the 27th - please bring candles.
There will not be a full 'Sizewell Camp' this year but some people will be camping on the beach.
It will be self catering but some cooking facilities will be available as well as hot drinks (bring your own mug). There is also a cafe on the beach and takeaways available in nearby Leiston.

The Fukushima Daiichi nuclear disaster, precipitated by the huge earthquake and ensuing tsunamis that hit eastern Japan on March 11, has created fear of radiation exposure and radioactive contamination not just in Japan, but throughout the world.
