THIS FRIDAY WE WILL BE HOLDING A SOLIDARITY PROTEST OUTSIDE THE JAPANESE EMBASSY IN LONDON, FOLLOWED BY A SHORT PROTEST OUTSIDE THE OFFICES OF TEPCO, THE OPERATOR OF THE STRICKEN FUKUSHIMA-1 NUCLEAR POWER PLANT.

11am-12:50pm (though some people will be leafleting from 9am), Embassy of Japan, 101-104 Piccadilly W1. (Nearest tube Green Park. Walk west from there in the direction of Hyde Park Corner.)

Kick Nuclear open nite
Teaser

Kick Nuclear is holding an open nite for new folks and old hands alike to come and discuss the latest from the murky world of nuclear energy and nuclear new build, share news about protests and actions that have been taking place in the UK and elsewhere, and plot how we can put a few spanners in the works. There'll be tea and biccies, and we may even show some short films.

'Witch Watch' at Hinkley Point, Somerset

Witch Watch happens every full moon at Hinkley Point, usually on the layby just before the main gate to Hinkley Point nuclear power station. It is a vigil and camp lasting from 1 to 3 days. It's a women's gathering, though men are welcome to visit during daylight hours.
